Shipping Restrictions
If your shipping country does not appear among the available options at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship to that location.
However, we are continuously working to expand our delivery coverage and hope to include your region in the near future.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Hold-for-Pickup addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or logistics service providers.

Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over €39.00.
For orders under €39.00, a flat shipping fee of €4.90 applies to all destinations within the European Union, UK, and Switzerland.
Delivery Estimates
We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Order Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM are typically dispatched the same day. Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days.
- Transit Times: Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:Italy: 24-48 hoursEuropean Union: 3-5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.
Courier Information
All orders are shipped via UPS, SDA, DPD, and TNT.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The assigned courier will provide you with tracking details so you can follow the progress of your shipment.
International Shipping
Please note that orders placed on our EU store can generally only be shipped to destinations within the European Union.
Customs Duties and Import Fees
For any orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union (e.g., if applicable to your region), your shipment may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.
Please be aware that Arcol has no control over these charges, as they are determined by each individual country’s regulations.
Therefore, any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
