Shipping Restrictions

If your shipping country does not appear among the available options at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship to that location.

However, we are continuously working to expand our delivery coverage and hope to include your region in the near future.

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Hold-for-Pickup addresses, APO/FPO addresses, or logistics service providers.

Courier Information

All orders are shipped via UPS, SDA, DPD, and TNT.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The assigned courier will then contact you with tracking details and estimated delivery times.

International Shipping

Please note that orders placed on our EU store can only be shipped to the countries listed above.

Customs Duties and Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the European Union, your shipment may be subject to customs duties and import taxes.

Please be aware that Arcol has no control over these charges, as they are determined by each individual country’s regulations.

Therefore, any duties or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
