Warranty Information
ARCOL products follow high standards and are carefully designed in every detail. Should a defect arise, below you will find the related warranty periods.
Please note that the warranty covers defects in workmanship and/or materials when the product is used under normal domestic conditions and in accordance with the provided care instructions.
The warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage, normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or negligence, stains from strongly colored foods/spices, melting caused by overheating, and rust.
What is the warranty period?
The warranty starts from the original purchase date and applies only to the original product. If at any time you receive a replacement product, the replacement will only be covered for the remaining duration of the original warranty.
All products are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 years.
What information do I need to provide?
To file a claim, please contact us providing the following details:
Your order number or proof of purchase, and clear images or videos of the defective item.
Are there any exceptions to the warranty policy?
We do not guarantee products that:
- Have not been used or maintained according to the care instructions.
- Have been modified or repaired by anyone other than ARCOL.
- Were purchased second-hand, refurbished, or through an unauthorized retailer. In this case, consumer rights lie with the point of sale.
