No, registration is not required to place an order on arcol.com

How can I verify the authenticity of my ARCOL product?

All products purchased through our online boutique and authorized retailers are guaranteed to be authentic.

If you purchased your item elsewhere and would like to verify its authenticity, please contact us.

Orders and Payments

If I place an order today, when will I receive the product?

Estimated delivery times are:
Italy – 2–4 business days
Spain, Germany, Austria, France – 2–5 business days
Rest of the world – 2–9 business days

How can I request information about a product that is no longer available?

Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, it is only possible while the order is still being processed. Please send us an email right away at help@arcol.com or at the customer service, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do the products come with an instruction manual?

Yes, all products include a printed instruction manual inside the box.
You’ll also receive an extended version by email in PDF format so you can always have it with you.

I’d like to request a receipt

To request a receipt, log in to your account (or create one if you haven’t already). Enter your tax ID before making the purchase, select the order for which you need a receipt, and then click “DOWNLOAD RECEIPT”.

Warranty

Are products purchased online covered by a warranty?

All products purchased online are covered by a 2-year warranty.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, which is why you can return the product within 30 days of purchase and receive a full refund, although we’re confident you won’t want to part with it!
Items purchased through authorized retailers are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

I didn’t purchase my product on arcol.com, but there’s a problem. What should I do?

Items purchased from authorized retailers are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Please contact our Customer Service team with a photo of the product and proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot process warranty claims without valid proof of purchase.

I received my product as a gift, but it has an issue. What should I do?

As with all warranty claims, a proof of purchase is required for us to provide assistance.
Once you have it, please contact our Customer Service team with the relevant information and a photo of the item.

Shipping

Where is my delivery?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (including a link) from your local courier. From there, you can track your shipment’s location.
If your package is still in transit (en route to the destination country), please note that it may take some time before tracking updates become available.
If there is no tracking activity after 2 weeks, please contact us so we can open an inquiry with the courier.
If you experience any issues with tracking or have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out, we’ll be happy to assist you!


What are your delivery times?

During checkout, we display real-time shipping estimates so you can see the most accurate delivery timeline based on your order and location.
The estimated shipping time may vary depending on your location and the warehouse your order ships from.
Delivery may take up to 15 days.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

Yes, Express Delivery is available within 2 business days for €5.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition using the return address provided in the package within 30 days.
We’ll refund the purchase price to your account.
We’re also happy to refund the original shipping costs, but only if the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part.


How much does it cost to return an order?

We will prepare the return label for you, and the cost is €5.
At the moment, we do not offer free returns.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds are processed within 5 days after the returned items are received at our warehouse.
If you haven’t received your refund within that time, please contact our Customer Service team and provide the return tracking information, so we can investigate and locate your package.
